How can uniform surface preparation be achieved in projects with different subfloor finishes?

In refurbishment projects, there are often different types of substrate next to each other. For example, there can be mastic asphalt right next to a cement screed or ceramic tiles. In such cases, there is the risk that cracks will form in the levelling compound at the junctions between the different substrates and these will be visible in the top covering. The perfect solution: priming with the UZIN KR 410 flexible PU smoothing compound and levelling with the UZIN NC 110 self-levelling and very low-stress gypsum-based compound.
